1. Who is Albright and how long has it been in business?

Albright was created by the same people who formed Redington.

2. Where are your products made?

The general answer is off shore. The specific answer depends on the product, but usually Korea or China.

3. How can you offer such great prices?

Two reasons: Firstly, crafting our product over seas allows us to reduce our production costs. Secondly, we have a different business model which allows us to sell directly, saving you even more money on quality Albright tackle.

4. What's the catch?

Well, hopefully more fish! The truth is there's no catch to our product offering or business. You simply get great quality gear at unheard of prices.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. For our international customers we offer USPS service which reduces shipping expenses for our far-away friends.

6. How do I determine my shipping costs?

Grab the product you wish to purchase and add it to our shopping cart. Then enter your shipping address completely. Our system will calculate your shipping cost.

7. What is Albright's product warranty?

All products come with a one year "Manufacturer's Defect Warranty." This will cover any flaws found within the product. An example might be a stitch coming undone on a pair of waders. Any product determined outside the warranty date or broken from angler use will be replaced at a nominal fee. For more information, click this link to specific pricing on product replacement costs.

8. How do I register my Albright product?

At the bottom of our home page is a "Product Registration" link. Click it and fill out our form. This ensures that you're in our books and that we can quickly assist you if your Albright product ever needs service.

9. Do your closeout products come with a warranty?

No. When we determine it's time to discontinue a specific product, we then can no longer replace it. However, all is not lost. If you need service on a discontinued Albright product, please give us a call. We'll do our best for you.

10. My rod is broken, what do I do?

You can send us an email or call use on our toll free number to receive specifics on your warranty needs. We'll talk you through it and have you back fishing in no time at all.
