We have narrowed the A5 assortment to include 3wt-7wt which we feel best represents how this Award winning Series of Trout Rods should be used. Each of our 5pc fly rod offers high line-speed performance, convenience while traveling and a finish that rivals the high dollar fly rods of the world. Low-profile, tapered, tip-over-butt ferrules ensure a “one-piece” feel when casting. IM7 (44 million modulus graphite) is strong and light, creating a series of rods that fish as well as they cast. The A5’s progressive action walks the fine line between long-casting power and up close presentation. Hard Alloy stripping guides with SIC (silicon carbon) rings provide years of smooth line gliding while casting and stripping. Lightweight hard chrome snakes are all but bullet proof. Our freshwater A5 models sport a natural grain mahogany wood insert with a machined anodized Nickel Silver Reel Seat, up-locking fittings with a unique knurled finish. Whether chasing small trout in brush-lined creeks or stalking the big rivers out West we’ve got an A5 rod model for you.
